La cuisine traditionnelle, équipée d’un piano Lacanche et d’un évier en pierre naturelle, invite à la gastronomie et au partage.
Dans le prolongement, un petit salon TV-jeux-lecture traversant s’ouvre à la fois sur la cour intérieure et le parc ombragé, propice à la détente.

Une buanderie-lingerie complète cet espace avec lave-linge, sèche-linge, table à repasser et grand réfrigérateur.
